1 Introduction

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain a jk44 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style gambling activities in the Philippines.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of play.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jk44, or an immediate family member thereof.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration

To access real-money games on jk44, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. jk44 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player may maintain only one active jk44 account. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited. 4 Deposits and Withdrawals

jk44 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. jk44 reserves the right to return deposits and close accounts where third-party funding is suspected.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed only to payment methods that match the player's verified identity. jk44 targets processing of GCash withdrawals within 15 minutes for fully verified accounts during standard operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business hours depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.

jk44 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspicious activity, or compliance with any regulatory directive. In such cases, jk44 will notify the affected player as soon as reasonably practicable.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on jk44 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jk44 does not accept foreign currency deposits. Players should ensure that any linked bank accounts or e-wallets are configured for PHP transactions to avoid currency conversion complications.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bonus amounts, and expiry periods. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

6 Gameplay Rules

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the jk44 platform, including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and trade marks, is the exclusive property of jk44 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and applicable international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the jk44 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicence, or create derivative works from any jk44 content without prior written authorisation from jk44.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law:

• jk44 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses arising from technical errors, service interruptions, or incorrect game results caused by system malfunctions;
• jk44's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the jk44 platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to jk44 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim;
• jk44 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, that errors will be corrected, or that the platform is free from viruses or other harmful components. jk44 will use reasonable technical measures to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee continuous uninterrupted service.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

jk44 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the jk44 Privacy Policy.

jk44 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with PAGCOR, law enforcement authorities, and third-party service providers engaged to operate the platform, subject to appropriate data processing agreements and confidentiality obligations.

12 Account Suspension and Termination

jk44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Account inactivity (defined as no login for 180 consecutive days) — dormant account fees may apply as communicated in the platform's fee schedule;
• Regulatory directive from PAGCOR or another competent authority;
• Death of the account holder.

Upon termination for cause, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause (e.g., voluntary closure at the player's request), the remaining balance will be withdrawn to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days.

13 Amendments to These Terms

jk44 may amend these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via SMS or email notification to the contact details on file at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect, except where earlier implementation is required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the jk44 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact jk44 customer support to attempt informal resolution of any dispute. jk44 commits to investigating and responding to all written complaints within 10 business days of receipt.
